You are able to exchange or send back any product in condition if the product is damaged during shipping, and also if the product is not the one that you ordered. Otherwise, you will not be able to exchange it. And also read our policy on returning instructions. Always remember to perform within the specified period of returns and have the receipt or order number ready.

We will send you a tracking number by email as soon as shipping occurs. One just needs to click on the link or paste in the number on the shipping carrier site to be written to know where their package is, as well as the time that the package should be delivered to their doorstep.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, which is why you may not be able to do so. When you cancel your order after placing it, you will have a cancellation fee that will be deducted from part of your money refund.
